 Intended Solution:

1) Make the second and third Lemmings climbers.  Actually, the third lemming should be made an athelete.

2) When the first lemming gets to the water near the left-most crystal, build, the builder should finish just in time.

3) When the climber hits point "X", time-bomb it so it explodes in mid air, destroying the right most bit of the ledge, and a small amount of the floor to allow future climbers (including the athlete right behind him) to pass safely.

4) When you see the OUT meter reaches somewhere around 19-21 or so, set RR to 99 and make 2 consecutive lemmings out the trapdoor climbers.

5) After the Athlete turns left at the one-way wall, have him build from the end of the net to the dangling crosses.

6) If all goes as planned, you end up with 3 lemmings (1 athlete and 2 climbers) fairly close together heading towards the hidden trap on top of the one-way wall.

7) If they are close enough, only one should die in the trap (sorry it's hidden, but it wouldn't work if it was any higher!) and the other two should pass.

8) Make one of the 2 lemmings (the non-athelete, if you want to save 23/25) build facing right when he's right against the middle thin wall.  The build brick will protrude out, creating a stepping stone to safely break the fall off the right of the thin wall.  (You'll need this for step 12.)

9) Make the other lemming a blocker a little before the last thin wall.

10) The lemming that built at step 8 and turned back, make him mine just before he steps up to the block with the trap, creating a route out from the net.  If you mine at the right spot, the last stroke of the miner should take out a tiny bit of the net, enabling him to eventually end up at the thin horizontal platform at the bottom.

11) Have him build over the gap to connect with the crystal under the steel.  If you start your build close enough to the edge of the platform, he'll eventually hit the crystal and turn back.

12) Wait for him to get back to the blocker from step 9.  After he turns around at the blocker, have him build to the left.  When it hits its head, make it mine to the right, taking off a piece of the wall overhead, and mining down the bridge he just built, eventually reaching the exit.  If the blocker is an athlete and your mining frees him, he'll eventually make it to the exit too, otherwise you lose him but that's ok, you'll save just enough.

13) Finally mine to release the crowd.
